Locating the Sapphire diagnostic log

The Sapphire Diagnostic Log is a very useful file to have handy when talking to the Boris FX technical support team and can be found in the following directories:

For Sapphire 2024 and older

Adobe
Windows:  C:/ProgramData/BorisFX/SapphireAE/sapphire.log
Mac:          /Library/Application Support/BorisFX/SapphireAE/sapphire.log

Photoshop
Windows:  C:/ProgramData/BorisFX/SapphirePS/sapphire.log
Mac:          /Library/Application Support/BorisFX/SapphirePS/sapphire.log

Avid
