Samplitude Trial Version Installation

Samplitude can be used without restriction for a trial period of 15 days, after which a license key must be purchased.

To activate the license, the computer must have access to the Internet.

To install Samplitude, proceed as follows:

1. Download the trial installer from the Boris FX website and launch it. This will install the Boris FX Hub program, that manages installation and updating of all Boris FX programs.
2. To start the program, you must log in with a Boris FX account. You can create a new customer account by clicking Create account. (To create a customer account, you only need to provide a name and a valid email address).
3. After launching Boris FX Hub, install Samplitude with the Boris FX Hub program. If you already have an activation key for the full version, you can enter it at this point and the program will be activated when you launch it for the first time after installation.

4. After installation, start Samplitude. The Boris FX Direct program will open, which is used to purchase and activate licenses in Boris FX programs.

   Use the Register button to request your license for the 15-day trial period.

   

   This is done by opening the Boris FX website in your browser; if necessary, log in to the site with your Boris FX account. The browser accepts the request and returns the license data to Boris FX Direct. If the browser asks for confirmation, allow it to open the program.

5. The activation key for the trial license is now displayed in Boris FX Direct.

   Copy the activation key using the Copy button and keep it safe. The key will not be displayed again and you cannot request another key for a trial period.

   Click on Back to App and the activation key will be transferred to Samplitude. It will close, reopen, and can now be used without restriction for 30 days.

   Do not close Boris FX Direct before the activation process is complete! You can try activating again via the Start menu entry Boris FX Samplitude 2025 > Activate Samplitude, but you will need the copied activation key (Copy button).

6. During the trial period, the Boris FX Direct software opens once a day when Samplitude is launched, displaying the number of days remaining and offering purchase options.

   If you have purchased a license through other means, you can enter the activation key for Samplitude it at the bottom of the page.

   

   

7. After entering the license key, your program version will be activated. The process is the same as for activating the trial period with the difference, that you can always see your bought license keys in the Boris FX user area.
