To analyze the case, please send me a CmDust.log of the server and client.
To create a CmDust.log, please proceed as follows:
Plugging in the CmDongle. This is not necessary when using CmActLicense.
Call up CmDust via "Start | Programs | CodeMeter | Tools" in the Start menu.
Windows Explorer then opens with the CmDust-Result.log file. The text file is located in the respective user directory, which opens automatically after running CmDust.Please send us the file as an e-mail attachment
