When this happens it means the Deep Learning Models were not installed. When you run the Vegas Pro installer you will see a list of items that can be installed with a check box next to each one. Check the box for Vegas Deep Learning Models, then click continue to install this item. Some new features and effects in Vegas Pro require this to be installed.
