The error message "Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of the assembly [...]" indicates that an important Windows service could not be started.
To solve the problem:
- Press the "Win + R" keys on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
- Enter the command "services" and then press "Enter" or "OK".
- Search for the "Windows Modules Installer" service.
- Right-click on it and select "Properties".
- Set "Automatic" under "Start type".
- Click on "OK".
- Now run the installation of the MAGIX program again.
