How do I fix a VEGAS crash on launch with faulting: Qt5CoreMx64Qt5.15.1.dll?

The error reporting indicated a library file called Qt5CoreMx64Qt5.15.1.dll is faulted in the crash and hanging behavior. Lets have to navigate to the following folder.

C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro ##.0 (where ## = version number)

Rename the folder UPS to UPSold.

Then restart VEGAS.
