For best performance and lowest latency, use your audio interface's dedicated ASIO driver:
- Press Y to open Audio Settings.
- Under “Driver System”, select ASIO.
- Select your audio interface's ASIO driver from the dropdown.
- Enable the Hybrid Audio Engine for full software monitoring capability.
- Set the buffer size according to your needs: 128–256 samples for input monitoring through the software,, 512–1024 for mixing or hardware based monitoring.
| Tip: If you don't have a dedicated ASIO driver, you can use Flex ASIO and select your WDM device there. Flex ASIO won’t have the same low latency performance as a dedicated ASIO driver but wors fine for playback through the monitoring section. |
