What can I do if error code -59 is displayed?

This error indicates an installation problem. Please run MxInstallHelper.exe to repair the installation.

You can find this tool in your program directory:

C:\Program Files\BorisFX\*programname*\*version*

Please run the "MxInstallHelper.exe" tool and select the following in the settings:

  1. Select Program: "Your program".

  2. Select function: "Re-Install" or subsequently "Re-Install VideoExportMaker".

  3. Press "Process" and "Exit"
