Error 14 occurs when a serial for a different product is entered. For instance if you enter the Sound Forge serial to activate Vegas you will receive error 14. This can also occur if you attempt to activate a region locked version. Example: Activating the US version of Vegas with a KR localized serial number would also result in error 14.
The correct product and / or the correct localized language version will need to be installed in order to complete activation and use the software.
