Error code -19 when activating or deactivating the software means that your email address was changed after the program was activated and now no longer matches the email address under which the program was activated.
Here's how you can fix the problem:
- Uninstall your software.
- Delete the directory C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\[program name]
- Install the software again.
- After the first start, the program activation window will be displayed again.
- Enter the changed (new) email address here.
If you do not see the "ProgramData" folder or the "Application data" folder, you must first display hidden folders.
To do this, go to "Folder options" in the Control Panel and set the option "Show all files and folders" under "View" in "Hidden files and folders".
