VST presets are available in the VST presets folder.

Sound Forge window layouts and keyboard shortcuts are located under
"C:\Users\\App\-your username--\Data\Roaming\MAGIX\SOUND FORGE (Pro or AS \ .
These files/entries can be copied/pasted from one version to another.
