Where are the Sapphire presets located?

  • The default presets (.gp, .effect, and .transition files) are located in the following location:
    • On Windows: /ProgramData/BorisFX/Sapphire/Sapphire/Presets/GenArts
    • On Mac: /Library/ApplicationSupport/BorisFX/Sapphire/Sapphire/Presets/GenArts
    • On Linux: /opt/BorisFX/Sapphire
  • The presets that you saved yourself are found in:
    • On Windows: /ProgramData/BorisFX/Sapphire/Sapphire/Presets
    • On Mac: /Library/ApplicationSupport/BorisFX/Sapphire/Sapphire/Presets/
    • On Linux: /opt/BorisFX/Sapphire
