We do not supply a network license manager with the retail version of Sequoia. The unattended installation can of course still be carried out. You can also run the "Sequoia.exe" in "silent" mode, that would be the parameter "/q".
I would prefer this, as Sequoia includes many new Vita instruments and other add-ons that do not need to be installed individually in this way.
By customizing the "Sequoia_setup.xml" you can control which addons are installed by the "Sequoia_setup.exe".
