How do I get an upgrade to Boris FX Sequoia?
If you would like to upgrade from MAGIX Sequoia 16 or earlier to the current Sequoia 17 (Boris FX),
please contact us with your current serial number.
We will verify your eligibility and provide you with a personalized upgrade offer for the current Sequoia version
What about my existing Sequoia 17 license?
Your Sequoia 17.x license (including dongle-based licenses) will remain in the WIBU system for now and does not need to be transferred to Boris FX at this time.
This means:
You can continue using your current Sequoia installation as usual.
Activation still works using the WIBU activation system or a USB dongle
Updates within your current version (e.g., 17.3 → 17.4) are still supported.
If this changes, we will inform you promptly about the next steps.
