What happens to my existing Sequoia licenses?
Your existing Sequoia 17.x or earlier licenses, including those using dongle-based copy protection, will continue to be managed through the MAGIX and the WIBU system.
At this time, no transfer to Boris FX is required.
This means:
You can continue using your current Sequoia installation as usual.
Activation still works (e.g., WIBU tool or a USB dongle).
Updates within your current version (e.g., 17.3 → 17.4) are still supported. To get Sequoia 17.3 up to V17.4 you need to fully download and install Sequoia from BorisFX. It will be installed alongside your Magix 17.3 version. Both versions will co-exist on your system, but use the same WIBU license. New versions and patches will be available in the BorisFx Hub: https://borisfx.com/boris-fx-hub/
If anything changes in the future, we will inform you clearly and in advance about any necessary steps.
At this time, no action is required on your part.
